20 minutes. No script, no pitch deck. Just an honest look at what's working and what isn't.
01  The problem

Someone worse than you is closing your next client.

Not because their coaching is better. Because their page, their grid, their whole presence looks like they've got it figured out, and right now, yours doesn't say that yet.

02  The shift

You get less than a second, and it doesn't say your name.

People decide if you're worth a follow in under a second. Right now, that second could belong to any fitness account on the app.

03  The offer

The brand makeover, built for fitness creators

Four weeks. Four calls. Here's what we build.

01
Identity
WEEK 01

Identity

Right now you're chasing every follower, and that's exactly why none of them become clients. We fix that first: one belief only you teach, one specific person it's for. Once that's locked, the right people stop scrolling.

Deliverable: brand identity, positioning statement, and ideal client profile
WEEK 02

Personality

Right now you sound like a caption template, which is why people scroll past without remembering your name. We find your actual voice, the one underneath the templates, so people get who you are in one scroll instead of ten.

Deliverable: voice guide and core messaging
WEEK 03

Appearance

This is the part people notice first and remember longest: your colors, your type, your photos, working together instead of by accident. Think of it as a stylist for your whole brand. When we're done, people recognize you before they read your name.

Deliverable: visual system
WEEK 04

Conversion

A follow doesn't pay your bills. A client does. This week turns your offer and your price into words that actually get people to book, plus a 30-day plan so you know exactly what to post the day we finish.

Deliverable: conversion system and 30-day content plan
04  Your guide

Jeffrey Buoncristiano

Fifteen years as a motion graphics director, designer, and editor came before this. That work put me inside brand and content work trusted by Cartier, Google, HBO, and a Super Bowl broadcast, the kind of names that don't hand the important parts to just anyone.

On the call, I'll tell you straight if your brand feels performative.

Most of it was the same problem creators have today: a crowded feed where the good ones and the average ones do the same four things and look identical doing it. Now I build the fix for coaches who've already put in the work and are done looking like everyone else.

05  Who this is for

Built for the coach who knows something's off and can't find where.

You've read the advice, followed the templates, tried the frameworks. Half of it contradicts the other half, and none of it tells you if it's working until months in. This finds the actual problem in four weeks, not four more guesses.

For you if

  • You've already got an audience or a client base, even a small one.
  • Your training's real and your results are real. Your brand just doesn't say so yet.
  • You're already making decent money doing this. You're just picky about where more of it goes.
  • You want a brand you own outright when we're done, not one you keep paying someone to maintain.

Not for you if

  • You're still figuring out what kind of coach you even want to be.
  • You want a new logo and nothing else. That's a different job.
  • You're hoping to copy whatever's working for the guy with 500k followers.
  • You think posting more is the answer. Respectfully, it's not.
06  What it costs
Most engagements start around $4,500, and the real number moves with what you actually need.
We land on the right scope together, on the call, before anything's decided.

Compare that to a full brand agency at $15,000 and two months of meetings, or a course that hands you a workbook and leaves. This is the middle: I work alongside you for four weeks, one person, start to finish. That's me. There's no team you get handed off to.

Smaller problem, smaller scope, smaller number. Bigger problem, the reverse. On the call, twenty minutes, we figure out which one you actually need before any money changes hands. No pitch, no pressure.

07  Questions

Frequently asked

Probably not yet, and I'd rather tell you that now than take your money first. This works best on coaches who already have an audience or a client base, even a small one. If you're still deciding what kind of coach you want to be, figure that out first, then come back. This makeover needs something real to sharpen.
Good, that means we're not starting from zero. We look at what's actually working, cut what isn't, and build the brand around what already resonates. Same four weeks, you're just starting from a higher floor than most people who come to me.
No, that's the usual starting number, not a fixed one. If you need less, we scope it smaller. If you need more, we scope it bigger. You'll know the real number before you pay anything, not after.
Nope. Usually we keep most of what's already working and fix the specific piece that's making you forgettable.
A course teaches you a formula. Same formula every other coach in your niche is learning from the same course. This builds the specific brand only you can actually run. Nobody walks out with your result.
We'll know by week two if the direction's right, you'll literally see it working in your own content. If it's not landing, we adjust before week four, while you're still in the room.
You keep everything. The brand guide, the messaging, the visual system, the plan, all of it's yours. Some people run it themselves from there. Some come back for more. Either way, you're not stuck needing me to keep it working.
Last thing

You wouldn't let a client skip their diet and expect results.

Your brand's the diet you've been skipping. Four weeks fixes it, so you stop being another coach in the feed and start being the one people already know before they book.

I only take a few clients at a time, so the work stays close. If the timing isn't right, that's fine, no hard feelings either way.
