Share Fund reached out for help modernizing the look of their annual Run & Walk Fundraiser in Rochester, NH.

They needed everything - posters, online forms, and sponsorship materials to feel consistent, easy to read, and motivating.

The goal was simple: make it look professional without losing the local, community-driven feel that makes the event special

Approach

We built a clean, modern design system centered around energy and clarity.

Every touchpoint - flyers, forms, and posters - shared one visual language.

Bright orange and black gave it family oriented movement and excitement, while plenty of white space kept it friendly and easy to scan.

The registration and sponsorship forms were rebuilt to be straightforward and mobile-friendly, reducing friction and making sign-ups feel effortless.

Outcome

The updated visuals gave the fundraiser a sharper, more cohesive presence across print and digital.

The new system didn’t just look better - it made it easier for people to engage.

Participation and sponsorships went up, and Share Fund’s team now has a unified template they can use for future events without starting from scratch.
